Is Worship Schedule easy to use?

Yes! It’s designed for busy church leaders and volunteers. If you can use a smartphone, you can use Worship Schedule.

How do I get started once I download the app?

Navigate to the More button and select Settings, then choose Team Categories. From there, create all of the team categories your team will need. Once your categories are set up, return to the previous page and click Teams. From there, you can begin adding your teams and the positions within each team to properly organize your structure.

Can volunteers accept or decline from their phone?

Absolutely. Team members receive notifications and can confirm their availability with just one tap.

Does the app support multiple teams?

Yes. You can create unlimited teams — worship, media, kids ministry, security, and more.

Can we attach song charts and rehearsal files?

Yes. You can upload and share chord charts, PDFs, MP3s, and service notes so everyone is prepared.

Is the app affordable for small churches?
