We’re excited to announce that the next release of Worship Schedule will include QR code nursery check-in. Parents will be able to quickly check their children in and out by scanning a unique QR code from their phone, reducing lines at the nursery desk and keeping services starting on time.

Each scan securely links to the child’s profile, so your team can verify pick-up, see important notes (allergies, special instructions), and keep an accurate attendance record—without extra paperwork or manual typing.

ProPresenter Playlist Sync — Coming Soon to Worship Schedule

We’re excited to announce an upcoming feature that will make Sunday prep faster and easier than ever: automatic ProPresenter playlist creation—directly from your Worship Schedule plans.

With this new integration, you’ll be able to take the exact order of songs from your Worship Schedule service plan and instantly build a matching playlist inside ProPresenter with just one click. No more manually dragging songs into place or rebuilding playlists every week.

This feature is designed to keep things simple and familiar for your team:
