When You First Open the App
You’ll see three options:
Sign In
Use this if you already have an account.
Create Organization
Choose this if your church is new.
You become the Administrator and receive an Organization Code to invite others.
Join Organization
Enter the organization code provided by your church admin to join.
What this does:
Team Categories define the main ministries in your church, such as Worship, Tech, Nursery, Hospitality, Students, or Media. These categories organize all of your teams and keep your scheduling clean and structured.

What this does:
Positions define what each person does inside a team. This lets you schedule people by role instead of guessing who should serve where.
Examples: Vocalist, Guitar, Audio, Slides, Check-In, Toddler Care.
How to do it:

Add each role

Save
What this does:
This adds your people into the system so they can be scheduled, receive notifications, and set their availability.
How to do it:

Go to Volunteers

Tap +

Enter volunteer details
-
Assign them to teams (Band, Media, Praise Singers, Greeter, Security ect)
What this does:
Team Admins can manage and schedule only their own teams. This allows ministry leaders to help with scheduling without giving them control of the entire church.
How to do it:

Go to Volunteers

Tap a volunteer
-
Tap Edit

Select the team(s) they manage

Tap Promote to Admin
-
Save
That volunteer is now an admin for only the teams you selected.
What this does:
This builds your worship library so you can easily add music to services and keep charts and files organized.
How to do it:

Go to Songs

Tap +
-
Add song titles, Artist,Key,Temp and CCLI number
-
Upload charts, PDFs, YouTube video or audio MP3 if needed
- Songs will always be available in your library even if you delete a service
What this does:
This creates a worship service and gives your team leaders access to schedule their teams.
How to do it:

Go to Services

Tap +

Enter the service name, date, and time
-
Select all Team Admins
-
Tap Create
Each Team Admin will now be able to schedule only their own team for that service.
What this does:
This completes the service plan so everyone knows what they are doing and when.
Inside the service:

Add songs and service items
-
Assign volunteers to positions
-
Team Admins schedule their teams
Everyone will be notified automatically.
Once these steps are complete, your church is fully set up and ready to plan services every week with clarity, accountability, and zero scheduling confusion.
